this t-tar is supposed to be for spikes oriented teams in particular, and it is also in for its ability to rock all the R/B/Y legendaries (the birds, M2 and mew), Lugia and ho-oh, and basically everything else but machamp.

Mud Slap
Rock Slide
Pursuit
Rest

Mud slap to force the switch, pursuit to anybody its going to do any serious damage to, rockslide after they're well-slapped or if they're weak to it, and rest to recover. Pursuit works really well on stadium vs other people when you can tell if they're switching.

if it was a special sweeper, it would probably have ice beam which would take care of dark types, considering the high special attack of mewtwo and the low special defense of most (maybe all? too lazy to see) of the dark types.

Well I saw a gengar use thunderbolt and tyranitar's health was at 75% I believe, and considering mewtwo's special.

I don't think mewtwo needs to ko tyranitar, it does enough damage to it, and can then switch out.

And it takes at least three crunches to kill mewtwo, I think. [Confused]
