I like the Leech Seed/Leftover combo, but I don't have access to Celebi (and I already have a Jumpluff. So I used the next best thing. Now I have a general idea of the moveset I'd like to use, but before I continued training I thought I might like to get a few suggestions.
Meganium @ Leftovers
Body Slam/Earthquake Lightscreen Synthesis Leech Seed
Lightscreen is for it's weaknesses to fire and ice. I thought about using Earthquake for fires as well, but thought this might cause a good amount of switching and I could get off some paralysis with Body Slam. I'm also training an Umbreon to pass it Mean Look possibly.

I doubt you will be using Synthesis that much with Leech seed so you may wanna put something else there. However, you are somewhat limited with Leechseed being there. You can't take advantage of Counter but you could use Swordsdance if you wanted. It might not be the best idea, but it can do some damage with Bodyslam/Earthquake and Dance.

Unfortunately, I don't have a Venusaur that I could use to pass both moves to Chikorita. However, it's a good suggestion and if I can get one from my friend I'll do that.
Should Light Screen stay on this set as well? Considering the number of physical attackers that are common now I thought it might be just as useful to use Reflect for pseudo-passing.
And which would be recommended if I have to choose between Body Slam and Earthquake? [ 04-26-2002, 01:49 AM: Message edited by: Kiseiju ]
