I was thinking of ways to use sub/twave along with an ice attack (most of my friends use dragon pokes) so I came up with this

Starmie@Leftovers
-Sub
-T wave
-Icebeam
-Recover

Hows that?

If some one has used this Starmie before, I whouldent know, I just came up with it now.

-sub
-twave
-recover
-psychic

I don't see exactly why it would be cheap. Now, Starmie has about 2 million counters out there right now, so go with Kazam. Use that set only with Barrier instead of Sub.
