I have a Snorlax and I don't know which is better, a lax with a curse set or one with belly drum set. Any one got an opinion or a possible move set?

My lax has curse, rest, DE & shadow ball its a standard I'd say (that's why I wanna get a new set). Any ideas?

Well, it depends on the situation. If you plan to have a Pokémon to wipe out most of the Physical attackers beforehand, then go with Belly Drum. If you don't, and want to get Snorlax out real quick, go with the Curse set. Either way they're both good sets, but then again all that's different is the Curse and Belly Drum parts. Overall, I'd say go for Curselax. For a moveset I'd suggest...

Return
Earthquake/Shadow Ball
Rest
Belly Drum/Curse (Whichever chosen)
@Mint Berry

Return is DEFINITLEY better than DE. Only 18 less base damage and you DON'T HIT YOURSELF! Earthquake and Shadow Ball are both good. Shadow Ball is better cause than Lax can crush 'Dactyls, specially with Curselax.

I'd have to go with the Body Slamlax.

With STAB, Double-Edge is about 25 base higher than return. 180 v. 155. Considering damage and the fact that snorlax has 523 HP, recoil is just blah damage.

-Is this a good idea? Heck, it's a standard idea.

Actually it's 518 HP, not 523. Still, you don't really want recoil, do you?

But you have to take Laxen defense. Curse takes care of that. But with BDrum, you have to take a turn to MintyRest and worry about his defense. With Curselax, he gets hit once and it's healed in one turn with Leftovers.

It is? Oh, I just remember 518 for some reason, probably because during a conversation I had the number 518 then we got into the topic of Snorlax. I'm with DarkLickting on that anyway.
