Anyway, I'm trying to breed for a certain Hidden Power, and, in the process, I got 2 Eevee that have a 70 Bug Power & one that has a 65 Water Power.

I want ICE Power! But, since I have them, is there any use for a Bug Power on Eevee? Thanks.

The Water Power would clearly make a great Jolteon.

As for the Bug Power... Nothing like Flareon whupping the big scary Celebi in two hits. (Leech Seed and Recover would probably save it from a Flamethrowering.) Flareon might become half-useful if it can get a decent Physical attack on the go.

...But I still think it stinks.

Well, Bug Power on Espeon could protect against Darks. But Fire Power is more favourable, especially with Sunny Day to back it and Morning Sun up.

The bug power on the espeon would do well and
water power would do some damge to ground/rock types but it would probably get wiped out in one go.

Bug HP wouldn't save Espeon from Dark types, it's got low Attack, no STAB, and most Dark types are actually neutral to Bug attacks anyway (Houndoom, Tyranitar, Murkrow...)

Tyranitar is weak to Bug attacks, since Rock doesn't resist Bug for some odd reason.
