Firstly, you're gonna need Rest on Misdreavus, so take out Pain Split for that, as you'll have to Rest if you want to use Misdreavus more than once. I can see where you're going with Vaporeon, as it will set up Blissey, but you'll probably want Leftovers on it. (Unless you're playing item clause).

Yeah, I'm playing with the item clause, so I don't think I should move Leftovers to Vaporeon, since Blissey does better with it.
And I was going to put Rest on Misdreavus, but then I thought Pain Split, and now I'm back to Rest, but now that I think about it, Rest does sound better.
So lets see...

Misdreavus @Mint Berry
Mean Look
Perish Song
Protect
Rest

Ok, Rest over Pain Split.

First 3 moves are ok, but I just don't see Rest working without Mint Berry. Soon as you fall asleep, they bring out their Rock Slider or Ancient Power user. And if it's a Rock type that gets STAB (and not a Machamp or something like that), that will just kill you all that much quicker.

Skarmory @?
Swagger
Protect
Whirlwind
Drill Peck/Rest
Decent I guess. Probably Drill Peck over Rest for some sort of attack.

Blissey @Leftovers
Counter
Seismic Toss
T-wave
Softboiled
Good. Just beware of Machamps holding BlackBelt.

Vaporeon @Quick Claw?
Acid Armor
Baton Pass
Haze
Ice Beam
Used as a partner in crime with Blissey, excellent. Maybe Surf over Ice Beam, but that's just personal preference.

Machamp @Black Belt
Cross Chop
Rock Slide
E-quake
Fire Blast/Flamethrower
Fire Blast for more power, Flamethrower for the accuracy. Damn tough choice. I'd take Flamethrower for the accuracy cause the only other 99.7% attack is EQ.

Misdreavus @?
Mean Look
Perish Song
Protect
Pain Split
Like what was stated before and fixed, Rest over Pain Split.

So...any suggestions?

I really have no idea about the attachments. Maybe Focus Band as another option.
Pretty good defensively, Electric is the only one effective on more than 1 poke. Not to mention 6 immunities, 2 to Ground.

If you're using a Resting Missy, Zapdos, and possibly Skarmory, you could really use a Heal Beller.

Why would Rest on Zapdos be a problem?
He's got Miracle Berry.
Though I could see it healing something else before he uses Rest but like I said, I'm playing with the item clause, if I wasn't, it would have Mint Berry (which is currently on Missy for her Rest).
As for Skarmory, I think I'm going to put Drill Peck instead of Rest.
Actually, let me update that team...

Zapdos @Miracle Berry
T-bolt
T-wave
Drill Peck
Rest

Skarmory @Sharp Beak
Swagger
Protect
Whirlwind
Drill Peck

Blissey @Leftovers
Counter
Seismic Toss
T-wave
Softboiled

Vaporeon @Quick Claw?
Acid Armor
Baton Pass
Haze
Ice Beam

Machamp @Black Belt
Cross Chop
Rock Slide
E-quake
Fire Blast/Flamethrower

Misdreavus @Mint Berry
Mean Look
Perish Song
Protect
Rest

Ok.

Ok..maybe Rest on Zappy could work then. I jumped to conclusions and thought that something would come in and T-wave him before you got to Rest. Nevermind me, I'm stupid .
