There isn't one.

What Nintendo doesn't want you to know
Uiru: "Now that we're all used to the rules, clauses and by-laws... what would happen to the metagame if every one of them were whipped away?"
GP-Chan: "id probably quit every battle, and not just every other battle."
ThumbsOfSteel: "Why, because they broke the rules?"

Actually, putting red/blue codes and yellow codes into one comprehensive FAQ and including Sakaki Tower style codes along with all the conventional codes... this was actually done by Pokeshark and mlmiddleton a while back.

See this topic for the details of Pokeshark's plans back then.
See this topic for a post where Pokeshark advertises the FAQ in his sig.

It seems every message ever posted by mlmiddleton on this forum has been removed.

Actually, I'm sorry this really isn't of much help to you because the link is broken, and I cannot even find this FAQ out there by using a search engine. Perhaps if you attempted to contact one of these guys, they might be able to send it to you.

It was reported that their FAQ still fell short of expectations--missing a few codes here and there. That's natural though; even if someone could create the ultimate super-duper Pokemon GameShark FAQ, I don't think there really is much demand for such a document. If there were, then such a list might have been created and posted on gameshark.com, since those guys are the ones who make money off this kind of demand. Same goes for gold/silver codes + crystal codes.

edit: thanks to mleo2003, there does exist a big comprehensive faq.

Yeah. He posted the personal information of the webmaster - not recommended. He was actually the first person to have every trace of his existence on this forum nuked.
