a few months ago (maybe 6),my megamem stopped to work correctly (I used it on a gba,and everything went wrong).Thinking I will lose all my saves,I bought another one.By curiosity,I dismantled it,and left it somewhere.

Today,I found it.I put it in my gb,and had the surprise to see it working (yay!).
First thing:I made a backup of a blue cart,erased it,and restored another save:It worked (!)
I tried to restore the first save, but this one was messed up.
I should find more info about theese thingies...

I recently had to remember how to dupe with the PC glitch thingy. Took me a number of tries... But if u r teh sm3rt, use it to transfer your file to a different version. If people won't trade you and you don't have the other version, that is. Or if other people are lazy and don't have a Mantine... I temporarily traded versions that way once. Actually, twice.

What Nintendo doesn't want you to know
Uiru: "Now that we're all used to the rules, clauses and by-laws... what would happen to the metagame if every one of them were whipped away?"
GP-Chan: "id probably quit every battle, and not just every other battle."
ThumbsOfSteel: "Why, because they broke the rules?"

I've got a few Mega Memory Cards. Sometimes they malfunction, sometimes you might have to hold where the game connects to it tightly. Yes, they are good for backing up, but, don't depend on them because even the backup can fail...

Maybe they started making them cheaper as they went on. The later ones I bought seemed more cheap and not as great working as the earlier ones I got...

If you can still find them, they sell for dirt now. Just make like three backups and don't worry, be happy.

I got one at my local Wal-Mart, but that was during the summer of 2001 and they may not be around.

Check used gamestores, or places like EB - you might get lucky.

And if that doesn't work, there's always the local auction house.

I don't trust E-bay with electronics like that. Some kid I knew purchased a TI that was in "good condition," but was like shit when he got it. Fortunately for the kid that sold it, my friend opted to fix it himself than to return it with a pipe bomb enclosed.
