I'm sorry man, I tried to find those too, a long time ago. But...Nintendo edited the code out of the US and Europian versions of Crystal, just like the ability of catching Celebi, and using the mobile phone adaptor.

I couldn't find codes to change the time and day either, but I did find a code that will allow you to get to the "reset the clock" dialog in Crystal and change it that way.

First, find the password to reset the clock by going to a password generating page on the Internet (I found one here) and entering the information.

After you have it, enter this code: 010464CF and start the game with the code off.

One screen before the main menu, activate the code and press the A button. The dialog to reset the clock should come up. Deactivate the code, go through the dialog, and enter the password (just like in G/S). Then select CONTINUE under the main menu and set the time.
