I'm looking for a code that will make most attacks deliberately miss -- for me or the opponent.

I honestly don't know if anyone has sharked up such a code. I'm sure Meowth346, if anyone, would know how, but, you know how he feels about gamesharking, so, I don't know what to say. Why not try to find a code that would just make both Pokémon's accuracy really horrible, like 1 out of 256, and 0 out of 256 if possible, is that any help?
Sorry if it's not, I'm not a hex editing genius, at least not yet...
