I know the code to change the attacks a pokemon in your team knows, but is there a code to change the attacks of a wild pokemon, and another code to change the attacks that a pokemon get when you catch him?

I am unsure if such codes exist, my advice to you would be to simply find the Pokémon you are wanting to have the moves, catch them, and once caught (and in your team) teach them the moves via Gameshark.

(Above link for GameShark codes)

Then, if you want to battle this Pokémon in the wild, you could have this Pokémon in the top of your party and go fight a wild ditto. After ditto transforms it will kinda be like fighting that Pokémon. But, if you have two gameboys that have the infared port on top, you could mystery gift with yourself and send that team to the trainer house.

Good Luck

*again, wonders which version*

in g/s:
01xxf1d0
01xxf2d0
01xxf3d0
01xxf4d0

this will change the attacks the wild pokémon uses in battle, but they will reset when you catch it. i haven't had any luck getting a pokémon to use a sharked attack that i put in an empty slot, they keep choosing from the slots that were previously filled. even if i empty the other slots, all it does is struggle. i still can't figure out how to get it to use those "empty" slots.

I found the codes that modify what your Pokemon's moves will be when caught, I don't who hacked them, but here they are:

Move modifier for when a pokemon is caught
Slot 1 01??13CC
Slot 2 01??14CC
Slot 3 01??15CC
Slot 4 01??16CC
