There is no way to get both. The DV's of a Shiny pokemon are all 10's (I know they're not, but the point remains the same)

Max Stats are all 15.
Hence, they cannot be one and the same

If I caught a Shiny Steelix at level 5, trained it to 100 without rare candies, then used HP UP, Calcium, Carbos, Iron, and whatever the other one is, about what would his stats be?

It depends on what the stats were when you caught it. The drugs don't affect DV's just the stat exp

Try greycloak's skill's statfinder or WhiteCat's dex for decent stuff on maximum stats. Also note that you won't be able to use all the drugs on a L100 monster.

If you levelled it up nice and slow, the odds are that it will have maximum statEXP, and so the stats will depend solely on the genes:

MHP: 339
ATT: 268
DEF: 488
SAT: 198
SDF: 218
SPD: 148

Note that this assumes genes FAAA, which is max for a shiny: there is some range for the attack gene, however.

you all know shiny pokemon have dvs of 10 and the best can get dvs of 15... so im not to sure if this work though first youd have to catch an eevee trade it to yellow and use the max genes cheat (look for it on the web )
then trade it back and cheat and turn it into a shiny pokemon, will it have dv's of 15?

you can shark max genes in any game, you don't have to trade to yellow.

if you trade a pokémon between games its genes will still stay the same.

shiny pokémon can only have an ATTACK gene as high as 15. all other genes must be 10 or it won't be shiny. so if you turn a max stat pokémon with genes of all 15 into a shiny, it won't have max stats any more.

i THINK those answered your question.

If you use gameshark and grow it to lvl. 100 then use the max stats codes followed by the shiny pokemon code it should be shiny and max stated. But if u box it itll b just shiny.

Perfect Pokemon and Shiny Pokemon are not dependant on Stat Exp. which is the code you are talking about. They are dependant on Genes.

All lv.100 (shiny) pokemon have the same genes. but they'll have different stats depending on how you raised them.

Using the Max Stat / Shiny Pokemon codes will result in a Shiny Pokemon with the Max Exp. a Shiny Pokemon of that level can gain after you box it.

*Is* there a max gene cheat for Yellow? Or is Espeon talking about a GS code?
