They don't exist. They never existed. Some guy looked at the tileset, saw some new footprints with numbers on them, and came to the incredibly stupid conclusion that it meant there are new Pokemon in Crystal. There aren't.

sorry bout that, your right. The 3 new pokemon that I read a report about are not in crystal there the first 3 preview pokemon for the new pokemon game for GBA

Hey in somne BETA versions of GS all the Pokémon had foot prints with hte numbers as thair foot print
