Is there any code to change my PKMN's gender to nothing like Magneton? This would really help out my sweeper Blastoise. If he didn't have a gender, Attract would do nothing to him, right?

I think the answer is NO. It seems that you cannot change a Magneton's gender to male or female, so likewise you cannot change a Bulbasaur's gender to neuter.
