what do i put in for the x's?

and

on the exp codes how do i put in a number like 1261, like this?

For maximum stats, put in FF for every value in the following fields:

Genes.
Stat EXP.

You'll have to convert your desired EXP to hex (try Windows calc in scientific mode: type in decimal, then click on hex button). The more signifigant numbers go with the lower addresses (01??33DA would be lower than 01??34DA, so the first byte would go there).
