So reducing FF to FD in perfect genes code gives stats of 15, 13, 15, 13, 15. How do you get them all to 13 then, without hassle?

If you put "DD" in both codes, the HP gene would be 15 and all the others would be 13. There's no way to have all five genes at 13.

Oh well. Are there any direct HP manipulation codes? I'm sure I saw one on the list at UPNetwork.
