Okay, this may just be stupid stuff, but anyways...

I was once surfing the net looking for codes (this was pre-azure, and I thought these "codes" worked), and I stumbled apon one, that actually made some sence.
Here is basically it:

Get Mew!
To get Mew, register all 150 Pokemon in the Hall of Fame. Then the game will give you Mew.

Now this may be dumb, but has anyone ever tried that? Its a tought task, but with a little sharking, it could be done. Also, because Stadium gives you Amnesia Psyduck, there is more proof to back up this theory.. Any help would be appreciated...
PS, I am getting a Gameshark, hooray for me!

Nah, I think I heard that in the Japanese version of the game that you get mew after you catch all 150 pokemon by talking to a guy in the Celadon mansion where you find Eevee. But that could just be a rumor too. The bottom line is: there is NO way so far documented to get mew in the American versions of RBY.
