I was fighting a Chansey in the Unknown Dungeon when I decided to switch Pokémon. I checked my Raichu's stats, the brought it out. Instead of a Chansey, there was a fragmented picture of a Raichu. Anything like this ever happen to anyone else?

If you caught MISSINGNO., that is probably the reason it did that.

Did the Chansey by any chance use Minimize? This happened to me, except against a wild Muk in the Cinnabar Mansion. I was battling and the Muk kept using Minimize. My Snorlax ran out of PP, so I decided to check its stats. When I came back from the stats screen, the Muk was a glitchy Snorlax!

I have never run into Missingno., and this happened before I started Game Sharking/Action Replaying my game.

I have a weird little glitch.

One time after I had fought MissingNo. (for like the 100th time! LOL) I went to depost a pokemon an noticed all my pokemon with a space in their name, anyting after that space wasn't there! So my Alakazam named Scardy Cat, was just Scardy, and my Hitmonlee that I traded from my brother was now just Bruce and not Bruce Lee.

What's weird is when I use stadium the Stadium STILL reads the correct names, even though they have "disappeared" in the blue. I don't know if Missingno has anything to do with it or not...has anyone had this happen?

No, I've never even attempted catching Missingno. But I think it did use Minimize.

The same thing happened with my kingler, but I never saw Missingno.
