I have a quetion for those of you who have pokemon silver. i dont have Selebii(jap=Serebii). but ive heard some rumors that you can evolve him by placing the steel armor on him that your supposed to evolve onix with. i have mewtwo on the game, but can you use the steel armor on him to get chronamew.

No, there aren't any more pokemon programmed into the game other than the 251 + ???? glitch, therefore there's nothing for Serebii to evolve into..
