So, "official" Mew's can have different stats, just that they have to have a specific OT # and Name?

Fahna: No I believe (90% sure on this) that all Mews will have the same stats on level 100.

I have a few of the Mews from the tour. Each ones stats are different so it all depends on luck at which one you get. I only have one with fair stats.

I don't think they ever give out mews with perfect stat
