Not actually about GameShark, so sorry for wasting your click, but here goes:
Just a quick reminder to anyone with $25, at least one pokémon game, and a desire to not lose all of your data: Go buy a MegaMemory card, also by Interact. It works slick (worst that will happen is that *it* will go blank), and you can screw around with your cartridge to your heart's content.
Plus you can start a new game.
So can your friends.
You can back up your friend's game. Now you have ALL his monsters.
It's been awhile since I've said this, and there's been a lot of "I'm worried about losing my data", so this might be a good idea.
Plus, you don't have that "I'm dealing with Dark Forces" slimy feeling that some of you *cough* *Rolken* *cough* get when you hear "Gameshark", and you can still do all of the cheats that are just duplicating what would happen if you had a lot more money and time to buy spare cartridges.
Opinions? Anyone have a negative experience with a MegaMem that wasn't just all 8 bits and a 9th carry bit of stupid?
