Ok, Normally I answer the question "Make my monster it's legal max". In this case, however, the stats you have asked for are unable to be obtained by a "normal" Gengar. It can be done, of course, by modifying the stats themselves, instead of the values from which stats are derived. This means that later, if the game recalculates the stats, you will be left with a monster with a lot of stats that are suddenly weaker. The game recalculates whenever you unbox the monster, level up, or evolve. Since they will be L100, they won't level, and they can't evolve any further, so just avoid ever putting them in boxes (or you will have to enter codes again, but not the move codes- those will stick).
Here are the steps: (steps 1 and 2 are about the Gengar, steps 3 and 4 are about the Golduck: if I mess up, it's your fault for ... um... picking two monsters whose names start with "G"!)
(1) Catch a Gengar (if you already have a Gengar, go to step (2))
(1a) Turn on GS, Enter Codes:
(1b) Turn OFF GS switch.
(1c) Start Game
(1d) use the CONTINUE option
(1e) get ready to catch (ie, have masterball or whatever).
(1f) Turn GS switch ON. A battle should start.
(1g) Turn GS switch OFF.
(1h) Catch the Gengar.
(1j) Power Down
Now you have a L100 Gengar.
(2a) Enter Codes:
01648CD1 (makes monster L100)
01038DD1 (these two give you 867 MaxHP)
01028FD1 (these two give you 700 Attack)
010291D1 (these two give you 700 Defense)
010395D1 (these two give you 800 Special)
010393D1 (these two give you 888 Speed)
013F74D1 (Hyper Beam)
015275D1 (Dragon Rage)
015376D1 (Fire Spin)
(2b) Turn GS switch OFF
(2c) Start Game
(2e) Make sure Gengar is 1st monster in party, then turn GS switch ON.
(2f) Turn GS switch OFF.
(2g) Make sure code worked. If it did, save and power down.
Remember NOT to box the Gengar.
(3) Catch a Golduck (if you already have a Golduck, go to step (4))
(3a) Turn on GS, Enter Codes:
(3b) Turn OFF GS switch.
(3c) Start Game
(3d) use the CONTINUE option
(3e) get ready to catch (whatever you did before, masterball, etc.).
(3f) Turn GS switch ON. A battle should start.
(3g) Turn GS switch OFF.
(3h) Catch the Golduck.
(3j) Power Down
Now you have a L100 Golduck.
(4a) Enter Codes:
01648CD1 (makes monster L100)
01038DD1 (these two give you 899 MaxHP)
01028FD1 (these two give you 621 Attack)
010291D1 (these two give you 699 Defense)
010295D1 (these two give you 765 Special)
010393D1 (these two give you 900 Speed)
013776D1 (Water Gun)
(4b) Turn GS switch OFF
(4c) Start Game
(4e) Make sure Golduck is 1st monster, then turn GS switch ON.
(4f) Turn GS switch OFF.
(4g) Make sure code worked. If it did, save.
Don't box the Golduck, either.
As long as you keep these monster in your party, they should have the stats you wanted, with the moves you wanted.
If there are problems with the codes (doesn't work right, way I typed it looked wierd), respond.
I wouldn't dream of taking anyone's actual, physical, pokémon cards, but if you want to do me a favor, check around the internet for some place selling the 64DD. All the import places I checked don't have it, or claim the price is "To Be Announced". I've been going crazy trying to find an F-Zero X-pansion pak...
But don't feel bad if you can't find it...
