Well, I can't make it permanent in all cases... for instance, if you pop the monster in and out of a box, all his scores are rederived, so even if I set his speed to 2 to test paralysis I couldn't keep it at that value after boxing him.
These will modify the current values for R/B of all stats. MHP=max hit points, to avoid glitches set this >= HP.
All of these are two byte (16 bit) values, so you'll need to know that the most signifigant byte comes first (like in all pokemon stuff).
