(Warning, this post is a return to my old egotistical self. If you thought I was bad before, watch out.)

The formula is 1.2X^3 - 15X^2 + 100X -140 , as Atma pointed out on the research forum. The one on the site is X^3 multiplied by some decimal number.

I remember back in the days of AGNP, when the AH forum hadn't been made, and I actually did research for the site. Now, I first found the EXP per level formula, and posted them to the NG, when all that karp happened about Simper Z trying to pass them off as his own.

I also mistook the slow growth formula to be what it was on the site (not picking up on the fact that it started of very fast then got rather slow), and I corrected it, to 1.2X^3 - 15X^2 + 100X -140 .

That formula ended up in my personal page on the old AH site, and I posted the correction to AGNP. You should be able to find it on Deja if you really must.

Why was the older, incorrect formula put up on the new AH site?

Probably because we didn't know about the old formula. Also, you'll note that we explain that the formula on the page right now is actually incorrect in most cases.

Well, if you're going to get bitchy about it, as member of the Azure Heights team, you should have pointed it out as soon as the wrong info was posted, many months ago.

as member of the Azure Heights team, you should have pointed it out as soon as the wrong info was posted, many months ago.

I'm pretty sure it was correct on the old site, almost a year ago.

Yep, it was, I just found it in my old records.
