The laboratory data covers the effect of accuracy-lowering attacks, but it hasn't mentioned any effects of accuracy-raising inventory items. Will such objects raise the accuracy of a Pokémon who is already at 100%, and by how much? [ 11-02-2008, 12:27 AM: Message edited by: XxDangerxX ]

I think it causes the game to calculate damage as if the opponent's Evasion was one stage lower.

Actually, X Accuracy gives all moves Swift-accuracy. If you have X Accuracy, X Speed, and a OHKO, you can easily win any in-game battle.
