Meow. It seems I'm having some problems to understand how this Ability works. According to Pokémon Forever, damage from physical attacks increases to 1.5 times, while average accuracy lowers to 80%. Does this mean that damage caused by moves depending on the Attack stat is increased, or is the Attack stat actually raised 50%, making these moves deal more damage? I'm confused... (@_@)

Woof woof? Please don't poop in my garden.
If the Attack stat itself is actually raised, it certainly does not show up in the game when you check your Pokemon's stats. So I would say the damage from physical attacks is what is raised.
But what difference is there? I don't see how the difference could even be detected in Ruby/Sapphire (no stat cap at 999 anymore).

The difference would show up if you used Meditate too often, or if your opponent used Psych Up. Either way, I doubt it's a normal Attack boost; I'd say the [power] part of the damage formula just gets a *1.5 tacked on. ~Uiru
