If you have White Herb, does that restore your lowered stats after using those moves, as well as when an opponent lowers your stats?

WELL YOU CAN ALWAYS USE GAMESHARK AND USE A CODE THAT MAKES IT SO YOU HAVE THE WHITE HERB ABILITY ALREADY. SO THEN YOU NEVER USE IT UP =)

To be honest instead of another crack, it's wise to save the white herb for when you really need it, then win them at the battle tower. Sharking makes the game boring as i am seeing....

Dude, have you ever played a link battle?
After a link battle, all of your consumable items are returned to you.
That's when you'd really need a White Herb.

Can edits be hidden? I'm not seeing any typos, gratuitous use of caps lock or total lack of understanding for the current topic. I find it hard to believe that tl;dr could put out a post like this on his first try; even harder to believe is that he'd bother in the first place.
