Nuggets, I always forgot whether it was DST or not - Thankfully I fluked my way through Silver, but my Gold and Crystal games now suffer from a wonky time period - Thankfully Gold can be rectified, but I haven't been able to find anything in Crystal to help I right the time.
Do any of you guys know of a way?

Why don´t you use the time password? I think it works the same way for Crystal too.

Apparently (at least according to Sakaki Tower), the time-change function isn't in Crystal. If it is, there's no way to access it that we know of.

Though if it's a DST problem, you can just talk to Mom and she can fix it for you.

To recapitulate, on Gold and Silver time change is made easy, on Crystal, it may not be possible, there may be a time change password, but, at best, it is unknown, at worst, it doesn't exist, but, if you are using a Gold or Silver catridge, and you want to change the time, just tell me the following and I'll get a password for ya..

1. Your trainer name (case sensitive ASH is different than Ash)

2. Your trainer ID #

3. How much money you currently have WITH you.

All of the above info can be found by pressing start and going to your name on the menu that appears.

Well thanks for the offer, but I did mention that Gold can be fixed.

If it is a DST problem, no I can't fix it just by talking to Mom - I said "Yes it's DST" when it wasn't and now when I talk to her she'll put the clock BACK an hour instead of FORWARD - Making the time TWO HOURS off.

The time password does not work for Crystal - Pressing down+select+B at the title screen does nothing at all and up+select+B will do the data wipe as usual.

I know it may not be possible, I searched the forums but all the conversations were rather old and I was wondering if anyone had any new information on it. If not, I'm going to have to suffer through incorrect time for the rest of Crystal's life.

3 words:

GET A SHARK, DAMMIT!

Oh wait, 4 words.

*uses the shark to set that "WordNumber" variable from 04 to 03, so everyone will think it's only 3 words*
