I'm breeding Skarmory's (for Drill Peck & Whirlwind), and I need to know if there is any way possible to tell what IV's lv5's have? For instance: The highest attack a lv5 Skarmory can have is 14. But that could be IV10-IV15, meaning it could have 14 attack at lv5, but at lv100, it could have 248 attack, instead of 258.
I hate breeding

Get 45 Rare Candies, move the baby up to level 50, check the genes, then turn off the game without saving.
