  1. What moves are not possible in the RBY version of Metronome?
  2. What is the complete list of effects that Haze (GS) can remove?
  3. What moves always retain their original accuracy with or without Foresight?
  4. What moves affect all Pokemon, regardless of type ("typeless")?
  5. What moves cannot induce a Critical Hit?
  6. Exactly how do Guard Spec., Dire Hit, and the X Stat items work. I already know the gist of these items.

One thing to clear up: Should the user recharge if Hyper Beam misses in Stadium 1?

2. It removes all stat changers (Swords Dance, Amnesia, Agility, etc.)
3. Swift, Faint Attack, Vital Throw
4. Future Sight is the only direct-damage one that I know of, plus all the non-damaging ones (Screech, Sand Attack, etc.)
5. Flail, Reversal, Seismic Toss, Night Shade, Sonic Boom, Dragon Rage, Super Fang

I think the X Stat items are like using Sharpen/Harden/Growth on yourself. The Guard Spec. is like using Light Screen.

RBY Metronome: Metronome again, Mimic, Mirror Move (?)

In RBY, Metronome could re-Metronome. It was just rare.

6. My speculation from scant experience on the subject leads me to believe the following: Guard spec. has the exact same effect as light screen, dire hit is the same as either holding a scope lens or using focus energy, and x stat is the same as an increase of 1 to the stat. That's that, or have I answered nothing at all?

6. I would think, from small testings of this, that an X stat move does the exact same as a stat raiser. (Example, Amnesia)

Guard Spec. would seem to be like, Light Screen, in the fact that it only guards in Special Defense, not offense.

Dire Hit would seem to raise accuracy. Not entirely sure, but it may be like using Sweet Scent and/or Lock-on to raise accuracy.

I believe the term BLT(or something like that) comes into play here. If you use, for instance, Dire Hit. The Pokemon's accuracy goes up 1 BLT.

Perhaps I was incorrect in my ideas, but this would be what I would think the items work like.(incompetent, you were mostly correct, at least by my understanding.)

To test whether Guard Spec. works like Light Screen, get a Pokemon that has a SpDef of slightly over 512 (i.e. Shuckle), use Guard Spec. on it, and see if its Special goes way down.

BTW, what does the "Spec" stand for? Special?
