If you trade it in from a GSC Cart, yes, if you send it to Stadium GSC from RBY, No.

For those who have no idea what this is about, here it is.

In Stadium GSC, by defeating the Elite Four, one Pokémon can learn a move that it could learn in the past. For example, you could give Moltres Wing Attack and Flamethrower, because in GSC, it learns these, but before level 50. So it couldn't have them before. Howeverm it has to be on a GSC cart for this to work. If it's on RBY, it'll only get Peck, Fire Spin, etc.

Looks forward to getting an Aeroblast Lugia on his Gold cart.

And soon, no rabbits...

The purpose of the event...

And his shotgun guitar with spikes comin' out of it

Really? No kidding?

That brings up a question, let's say I've got a Jolteon, would Stadium 2 let me get any of the moves Eevee only learns?

Well, knowing NOA, they'll probably take that out, and make it something that happens at roadshows.

The only moves that you would want on Jolteon from Eevee are Baton Pass and Focus Energy. Bear in mind it has to be on a Crystal cart for Baton Pass, and a G/S/Y cart for Focus Energy.

Pretty sure (meaning not positive..) that they can relearn any moves they would naturally learn at an earlier level.. so any list of a pokemon's moves would work.
