From what I heard the stats that you get when doing the box trick depends on the Pokemon you fight, so what Pokemon or area should I fight in to get good even stats? and how many do I have to fight to get "max" stats? and if you have any other good thing to say about getting good stats please post it

I think it depends. If you want to max out speed, fight Voltorbs, Defense, Cloysters, etc. Remember, the pokés you fight don't have to be high-level, it makes no difference what level they're at.

Stupid question:

Do you have to keep facing the same pokemon over and over again to make the boxing trick work?

No I like good even stats not high speed or high hp, I also heard from someone that they were training at Mt. Silver and their Pokemon speed and defense (or someting else similar) was low. Doesn't it make a difference in the box trick if I fight low level pokes or high level ones?

Put simply, box tricking is acquiring as much stat exp you can before reaching a new level, then boxing and unboxing so your stats are recalculated to include all the new stat exp you acquired.
Would fighting higher level PKMN give you more stat exp? No.
Stat exp is completely independent from Experience Points. Fighting a level 2 Rattata gives you the same amount of stat exp as fighting a lvl 100 Rattata.
The amount of stat exp you get is based on the base stats of the PKMN you defeat.
IE. After defeating a Heracross, you'd get 80 HP stat exp, 125 Attack stat exp, 75 Defense stat exp, etc.

I was thinking that Spcl Atk and Spcl Def are based on the same Stat Exp. If that's the case, then fight a bunch of Level 15 Shuckles in the rocks of Dark Cave.

Yes, that is correct.

If that's the case, then fight a bunch of Level 15 Shuckles in the rocks of Dark Cave.

No, unfortunately the stat experience always comes from the base Special Attack. The link below has the thread with my research on this:

Why don't you read the page on the Box Trick before asking any more questions like that?

The mechanics for RBY and GS box tricking are very similar, except for the bit about Special White Cat pointed out...
