Toxic always KOs an opponent in six turns (after which it does (1=2+3+4+5+6)=21/16 of the target's HP in damage), right?
Wrong. It breakds down for low-level pokemon (which could become a factor in Pika or Petite cup). Because the damage rounds down, even seven turns wouldn't be enough to KO a 29-31 HP pokemon (who round dpown to a base oif 1 damage, for 1+2+3+4+5+6+7=28 damage after seven turns.)

On the other hand, for pokemon with under 16 HP, the base damage rounds up to 1. So....

Anyone with 29-31 HP takes 8 turns for Toxic to KO.
Anyone with 22-28 HP or 43-47 HP takes seven turns for Toxic to KO.
Anyone with 16-21, 32-42, or 48+ HP gets KOed in the normal 6 turns.
Anyone with 11-15 gets KOed in five turns
Anyone with 7-10 gets KOed in four
Anyone with 4-6 gets KOed in three
Anyone with 2 or 3 gets KOed in two hits
And anyone with only 1 HP would get KOed in one hit.

Of course, pokemon can't normally have less than 13 HP, but...
