my first question is about stadium. how come the stupid nidorina isnt weak to an exeggutor's psywave?

second question: why did swift miss(in gold)?

Humm... I can answer only the second question.
Swift now only works against pokémon who used moves like Minimize and Double team. Fly and Dig are free of it! But these attack now are vulnerable to twister/gust(fly) and earthquake(dig).

Psywave is calculated damage. It does a random amoutn between 1 HP and 1.5* yuour level (so at 100 it does 1-150 damage). It is not affected by weakness or resistance.

As for Swift, it (and other "always-hit" moves like Flamethrower) have 99.6% accuracy -- even they can miss occasionally!

Yep, thats right. That means that swift isn't affected by double team or sand attack and the like. But it always has the 0.4% chance of missing.
