I have a very interesting question about the switch prevention attacks.

Okay, let's say I have a Crobat facing a Jynx. Now, when the Crobat Mean Looks the Jynx, she will not be able to switch, but if I were to switch the Crobat, the switching lock is lost. That is known by probably everyone.

But, what if my Crobat were to use Whirlwind after the Jynx is locked out? Would it simply not occur since it can't switch, or would a new pokemon be brought out who couldn't switch? After all, the attack is placed upon the user, but the effect reaches the opponent.

So, what would happen? White Cat don't fail me now.

Why do I have to do everything???

The new Pokemon will not be under the influence of Mean Look, and will be able to switch normally.
