I know this would never happen (since attacks like this suck) but if someone were to use PinMissile or FuryAttacks against someone with a Substitute, and the Sub broke half-way through the attack, would the rest of the attack hit the Pokemon? I think it would (but I don't use Sub much), but Jack says otherwise. Does anyone know? It would really help me out for the RELLB.

No...A sub wouldn't break during the attack. (Such as Pin-Missile and Fury Swipes.)
The sub will take all of the damage on that turn. It will only break after that turn.
So no, the Pokemon wouldn't take any damage from it.
