Marcus Majarra's site has the formulae as part of his page on Pokemon Mechanics: http://www.geocities.com/marcusmajarra/mechanics.html These formulae were developed for the chromatics but they seem to work the same in the metallics. It requires some time and concentration, but all the info you need to calculate max stats at any level is there, for both wild and domestic (raised by battling) pokemon.

On-line RPG? Feh! Why not join... the RE League *cough* Shameless self promotion *cough*
Seriously though, if you ever want anything from the League, we could form what I call an 'association'. Me and this other RPG, Kinak's PokeBattle, allied and my battle system was used to catch wild Pokemon. Just a thought.

Hey! Looks nice Ryuujin! I could help, oh.. but I don't know any programing of any sort.... Nor have I ever tried to do Half-Life...
Takes a different approach from the REL. They both look to be a masterpiece.
