We all (I hope) know that in R/B/Y, stats are rounded off. However, I haven't been able to find a site that says exactly hows it's rounded. Does it use an Int type variable, dropping anything to the right of the decimal point, or does it always round up, or does it round to the nearest one?

Yeah, the GB always rounds down, just the same as dropping the digits to the right of the decimal point.
