yes it can i checked the rom and it had the same accuracy of almost everything but never changes! :-) the accuracy never changes but AJ said it cant miss it and it has 100% accuracy why does he say this?

I believe his point is that this forum is attached to a web site chock full of information, and a lot of people never look into that before posting "discoveries".

Some do, and I thank them for it...there's a few interesting things that have come up recently, but unfortunately, I haven't had much time for the site lately, so I haven't been able to incorporate them...yet.

i think the best mewtwo killer is slowbro but a double teaming pokemon would work too with toxic or paralyisis
