I got talking with someone about this but I can't be sure myself.

Do moves/attacks a pokemon learn get stronger over time while they level up. I'm not on about the stats raising, I mean can you get a small bonus for having a move for so long?

I also heard that TMs are weaker than learnt moves. For example if I didn't let my Golem learn explosion by leveling but taught him it with a TM later would that TM be waeker than if he got it by leveling up?

(Wish the guy never asked me.)
