I'm sure this may have been done already, but if it hasn't, here we go.

Reading the page on Paralysis, it says this:

Agility has an unexpected effect when used by PAR Pokémon: it negates the Speed penalty associated with that status change AND raises Speed by the expected amount.

Then, near the bottom, in Ongoing Research, it asked:

Does the strangeness with Agility apply to Stadium as well?

To test this out, I set up a 2P Anything Goes battle in Free Battle.

1P had rental Ponyta (SPD: 115)
2P had rental Magnemite (SPD: 73)

Let's go:

1P's Ponyta used Body Slam (ignore this)
2P's Magnemite used Thunder Wave (Ponyta's paralyzed)

Next turn:

2P's Magnemite used Double-Edge (ignore this)
1P's Ponyta is fully paralyzed (does this affect anything?)

The next turn set up the results:

2P's Magnemite used Double-Edge (ignore this)
1P's Ponyta uses Agility (speed greatly rose)

Now, what happens next turn?

Magnemite attacked first

I think this proves that the pdd PAR+Agility interaction is not in Stadium.

Let's do a little data:

Ponyta: 115 SPD normal
Magnemite: 73 SPD normal

After Ponyta was paralyzed:

Ponyta: 28.75 SPD PAR (115/4)
Magnemite: 73 SPD normal

After Ponyta's first Agility:

Ponyta: 57.5 SPD PAR+Agility (2[115/4])
Magnemite: 73 SPD normal

CONCLUSION

If this test has been done before, then I wasted my time. If not, this answers the question about the PAR+Agility interaction in Stadium: Agility does not negate the SPD loss from PAR, it just doubles the speed after the PAR penalty, making your speed 1/2 of it's normal value.

Thank you, and have a nice day.

Yup, From what I have seen, it does not get rid of the speed loss. Fish T-waved my Dragointe, and after 3 agilitys I was still slower than his Starmie.
