What happens when something uses a one hit ko and the opponet switches? Does it never hit because the opponet switched and went first, or does it depend on speed?

I think it's just like any other move... It'll be calculated whether it hits or not to the PKMN switched in, so it doesn't automatically miss... Unless you switched in something faster than the 1 Hit KOer.
