If you breed psychic on a psyduck, could you send that psyduck to R/B/Y?? I know you cannot send pokemon 152+ or old pokemon with new moves, but i dont know about this.
If you can, will it work on stadium? Amnesia, psychic and surf could make psyduck a good pokemon for pikacup.

No. Because the hex value of each pokemon is different from RBY

But if you really want your psyduck to be able to psychic on pokemon stadium, you can shark him psychic with the gameshark, though the Stadium will register it as an illegal move it won't stop you from using it.

You can do it and it'll work on the GB but on Stadium it'll see Psychic as an incorrect move. I guess it'll still work on Stadium (I don't have a GS so I don't know if you can send a Pokémon in with an illegal move). *shrugs*

Though I haven't tested it, it would make sense that Psychic (a legal red/blue move) would be able to be traded back if it was on Psyduck (a legal red/blue monster) from gold and silver. It is possible, as I haven't tested it, that it checks a database of legal moves. But if that were true, why doesn't it give an error when you shark on an illegal move?

I'm pretty sure it'll work ok, but we won't know for sure until someone bothers with it.

Yep, you sure can. All it will do is highlight the name of the move in purple to indicate that the move isn't legally possible on the R/B/Y but there's nothing to stop you from using that move.
