According to Azure Heights Attack Section, the recoil from Struggle is 25%. I was playing Sta today and Blaine refused to switch out his precious Chansey after it froze Mewtwo (I didn't switch either). Well, Chansey got down to Struggling. I figured that since Struggle was just bouncing off of Mewtwo, that I'd see the recoil was. I only got a few tests in, cuz Blaine finally switched but...

Damage - 32 (CH)
Recoil - 16

Damage - 14
Recoil - 7

Damage - 16
Recoil - 8

So, it seems that the recoil of Struggle in Sta has been increased to 50%. If this was already listed as a Sta change, forgive me, I'm an idiot.

85 more Pokemon until Amnesia Psyduck... and I can't find my Yellow Pak >_<.

It appears that the recoil is 50%. I gave a low-level Pokemon Struggle with Gameshark and had it battle another Pokemon of a similar level. I did 3 tests of it. The results were:

Damage - 30, Recoil - 15
Damage - 33, Recoil - 16
Damage - 30, Recoil - 15

I also checked the move description in Stadium's PC area and it said the recoil was 1/4 damage (another Nintendo error).
