Ok, i have read the Paralysis page and it doesn't expain it there so i'd thought i would ask.

I was fighting TheGreatDreamer on PBS and he claims that if a pokemon is paralyzed and is switched out and then swicthed back in again it loses the speed reduction from the Paralysis.

I argued that you only lose the speed effect when you rest and then switch, or use haze (which doesn't work in PBS yet).

So whose right?

I guess it's not in the most logical place, but from the Paralysis page:
