From my experience, the toxic/leech seed combo works in Stadium (for a pokémon that has been toxic'd and seeded, damage from leech seed INCREASES just as poison damage does, and you gain a hell of a lot more HP from it!)

I currently have a lv50 Venusaur with these moves:

Razor Leaf
Growth
Leech Seed
Toxic

Any ideas on how to improve it? (besides using an exeggutor instead, I'm in the process of training one...)

it only works on their last pokemon, or else stadium always switches. Most of the time they switch for just strait toxic, or even wrap.

Well, is growth for defensive purposes?....
If it is for boosting your special attack (razor leaf being your only one), a crit. hit, like razor leaf, is not affected by attacks that alter skills in battle, they are based on the Pokemon's base stats.
But, you probably knew that, so, I think it is fine.
