Imagine Mewtwo using Metronome, then Splash. It would be funny to see it just flopping around on the ground like a moron.

------------------
BOB wants to fight!
BOB sent out MEWTWO!
GO! MAGIKARP!
MAGIKARP used SPLASH!
It's super effective!
MEWTWO fainted!
BOB: What the, how did...
BOB is confused!
It hurt itself in its confusion!
BOB: Why the @$%! did I just hit myslef?

On Stadium I once had a rental Snorlax that used Fly... It Inflated and rose up into the air.

The Japanese name for Clefairy's trademark attack is 'Yubi wo furu' which means to 'Swing a finger'. Which sounds really strange. "Clefairy flipped off Jigglypuff!" Etc.

(This is the type of thing you learn when you listen to Rival! a lot, and suddenly want to go and find out what attacks they're talking about.)

Anyway, the swaying of the Clefairy probably reminded someone at NoA of a metronome, hence the name. And the weirdest thing that happened to me was how it pulled up Mimic. Poliwrath learned Recover that way.
~Uiru- that was on Stadium 1, though.

People quickly forget that Mewtwo learns Disable at one time, because he's famous for Amnesia/Psychic and being generally cheap. Of course, it's legally impossible to get a Mewtwo with Disable unless you Shark and catch it at a lower level.

Not true, Move Rememberer lets you have a Disabling M2. Why you'd want one, I'll never know.

Also how can a Diglett naturally do Scratch when it doesn't even have claws?

Read its nickname. The Mole Pokemon. Moles have claws. Sharp claws. Also, anyone notice the member # for GamrGuy? Very odd...

Awww! What is it with the suicidal Mews? Mine did the same thing once. Used metronome, then blew herself up fighting a Chansey in the unknown dungeon. I felt bad for her. She might have been mad at me for gamesharking her, but she didn't have to go and kill herself. Poor thing. Maybe she was just depressed Nintendo didn't put her in the game.

Kamikaze Mew is probably the weirdest metronome result I've had, but I have seen metronome pull up another metronome before, and I've also had metronome make my Mewtwo use splash. Now that was dumb looking.

My friend has seen both a Snorlax and a Golem fly... He says that the Golem looks like it's just standing there.
