1: Does stat bleedig affect all upgrades, indcluding ones against the opponent.

2: Is it a bug, or is it meant to be.

3 oes this mean if you defense curl 6 times your offense should rise by 3 times???

Ok...I hope I can get this right. Maybe Mr. K or someone else can explain it better.

I think if you use some kind of stat enhancing move, all other stats will raise by 1/8.(I think this applys to Double Team and Minimize, too.)

Like:
Say I use Amnesia:
My special would have doubled, but the other stats(Besides HP) go up by 1/8.

And I don't think stat inreasing moves that you use affect your enemy.

That's right. I would only add:
It's true that if you use DT/Minimize, your other stats are boosted, but it's not clear to me that if you use an ADSS booster, your Evade gets better. I've never looked for this directly, so I'm not very certain, but I've never noticed it happening.

And I don't think stat inreasing moves that you use affect your enemy.

I don't think so either, but you know, I actually think that if your opponent uses, say, Screech, your Defense goes down and everything else gets the usual bleeding boost.

Again, I really need to check this more closely.

I'm starting over my Blue version and I'm training my Clefairy with Spearows and one thing I notice that hapens all the time is the more I use Growl on the Spearows the more they miss, why is this?

What Nintendo doesn't want you to know
Uiru: "Now that we're all used to the rules, clauses and by-laws... what would happen to the metagame if every one of them were whipped away?"
GP-Chan: "id probably quit every battle, and not just every other battle."
ThumbsOfSteel: "Why, because they broke the rules?"

I think The Great Dreamer MIGHT HAVE BEEN getting it mixed up with what happens in some cases...

After so many stat modifications, so little damage is happening (zero or less) that the attack simply fails... or somethin like that...

I think someone posted something on the concept of zero damage, but you needed a 4x resistance and a massive stat difference for it. Like, Lv. 12 Bellsprouts using Vine Whip against Lv. 100 Dragonites. Maybe all the Growls caused all the stats to come down.

I think I remember that. When zero damage occurs the game reports that the attack missed.
