Blah blah new RuSa team, groo flib rate.

Tekkanin (speedy cicada)
Characteristic: Acceleration (Speed up every turn)
+Attack, -Special Attack
~Swords Dance
~Protect
~Baton Pass
~Silver Wind

Basically Donald's set. Silver Wind bred on for n00b Deokishisu, and possible boost-passage [Big Grin]

Nokutasu (cactus-man)
Characteristic: Sand Fall (Evade + during Sandstorm)
+Special Attack, -Attack
~Newoharu
~Sandstorm
~Giga Drain
~Toxic

Pure evil. Newoharu > pseudohazing. Basically, Storm hurts the opponent, while I recover and up Evade. Only problem is Poisons. But then again, Poison got shafted in RuSa.

Kootasu (firey tortise)
Characteristic: White Smoke (not affected by stat lowerers)
+Special Defense, -Speed
Amnesia
Body Slam
Hot Wind/Eruption
Yawn/Iron Wall?

00ber Defense, 140 base. Not quite sure if Yawn is a good idea. Not quite sure what Iron Wall is. But Amnesia is a must.

Raguraaji
Characteristic: Raging Stream (Water attacks boosted when HP low)
+Special Attack, -Speed
Rain Dance
Earthquake
Surf
Blizzard

"I want to fucking punch Raguraaji" just sounds stupid. Being Water/Ground will come in handy, I'm sure.

Samayooru
Characteristic: Pressure (double PP waster)
+Attack, -Defense
~Shadow Ball
~Sealed
~Ice Beam
~Confuse Ray

You see, using Sealed pretty much omits any Ghost weakness he may have. He also becomes nearly immune to freezing moves, and has confusion prevention.

Weezing
Characteristic: Floating (Immune to Ground attacks)
+Attack, -Speed
Haze
Sludge Bomb
Fire Blast
Explosion

A GSC favorite, now adapted with only one weakness. KOFFING!

Tekkanin only has Raguraaji as a serious target for bping.
Nakutasu is going to get pwned (unless his evade rises every turn, but even then he would get pwned).
Iron Wall = Acid Armor = Barrier.
I would give this set to Kootasu:
Amnesia, Sleep Talk/Sunny Day, Eruption, Rest.
he doesn't seem to be able to use anything else effectively. :---<
Raguraaji should have curse. :---<
The Samayooru set is pointless.

This post isn't supposed to be offensive, so don't flame me if there is something that I didn't know or whatever. :---<

Just explaining a few things. Notice how most of my team is kind of slow. Notice how Tekkanin's characteristic ups speed every turn. Also, I made sure every poke on the team has at least one physical attack, besides Nokutasu, so Swords Dance seems like a good choice. He can pass both Attack and Speed, but who says he needs to? I'd keep him in as long as possible, praying for a SW boost.

Kootasu's Attack is exectly the same as its Special Attack. Body Slam makes sure my team is faster no matter what. And he can doublepowder. Well, sort of.

What would be the point of Curse on Raguraaji? Assuming he's been passed a few Dances, he should be at or near full Attack power. And he's not weak to any physical attacks...

Tekkanin
The problem with n00b Deokishisu, is that you don't know if said n00b knows about the new stats system or not. The defenses they have could vary so much it's not bloody funny (and whatever it is, it's not going to be stellar), assuming you put max stat experience into attack to go with that personality boost, then you're doing somewhere betweeen 54% and a OHKO (!)

Nokutaso
Give it Leftovers as well. Ne-O Haru + Leftovers = natural recovery worth noting.

Kootasu
Go with Hot Wind. By the time you get hit a few times, it'll outdamage Eruption.

Raguraaji
But, "I want to fucking hit Mudkip" does. Don't worry, the English name will be lame enough. [Wink]

Why not use Muddy Stream? What's the great advantage of using Surf?

Samayooru
So, he's immune to Shadow Ball, Ice Beam and Confuse Ray, but at the expense of being able to do anything but absorb PP? You should at least have some form of recovery here.

Weezing
Weezing is not Koffing! HERETIC!

...HERETIC!
