As is stated in the topic, this is going to be one big-ass list of "workable" movesets that do not use TMs or HMs, or tradebacks of any kind. However, this does include moves learned from RBY Stadium (i.e. Surfing Pika and Amnesia Psyduck).

::NOTE:: For use mainly only against other TM/HM-less teams. This format would take out a LOT of "over-used" moves such as Body Slam or Amnesia. For practical purposes, only the top-end evolutions are listed (exception - Eevee).

::BUMP::

Yay.. finally found the time to finish this thing off. Hell, it probably won't even be used much. But if there's a tourney starting with this format (i.e. TM-HM less movesets, no tradebacks, allows moves learned through Stadium 1) , these are probably the best movesets to use.
